Where our crews work

Bethany is home base, and most of our days are spent close by in Warr Acres, The Village, Nichols Hills and Oklahoma City. We also head west to Yukon and Mustang, north to Piedmont and Edmond, and south and east to Moore and Del City. If your home is in one of those places, we can come out and look at your roof.

The work doesn't change from one town to the next. We set ladders on solid footing, mark off the areas below the roofline, and keep tools and debris away from doors, walkways and the spots where kids and pets spend time. You'll know where we'll be working before we start, and at the end of each day we clear the yard and run a magnet over the grass and driveway to catch loose nails. Not sure if your street is covered? Ask when you phone and we'll tell you plainly.

What shapes roof work around the metro

  1. 01

    Older homes and newer builds

The area mixes mid-century ranch houses with newer subdivisions. On older homes we often find several layers of shingles, worn decking or flashing that has been patched more than once. On newer homes the common issues are ventilation and shingles that took a beating early. We check what is underneath before we recommend anything, so the plan fits your roof and not a guess.

  2. 02

    Hail, wind and ice

Spring brings hail and strong straight-line winds, summers run hot, and winter can bring ice. Hail bruises shingles and dents vents, wind lifts edges, and ice can back water up under the first few rows. That is why storm damage repair and roof inspections are a regular part of our work. We photograph what we find so you can see it for yourself.

  3. 03

    Permits vary by city

Each city in the metro sets its own rules for roof replacement, and some require a permit and an inspection. We check what your city asks for before the job is scheduled, so your new roof is done to code and nothing holds up the final sign-off.

  4. 04

    Homes and businesses

Alongside residential work, we handle commercial roof repair and commercial roof replacement for buildings in the same towns, with the same attention to keeping the ground below safe while we work overhead.

  5. 05

    Gutters that keep up

Heavy downpours can overwhelm small or sagging gutters and send water toward your foundation. Our gutters service looks at size, slope and downspout placement so rain leaves your home where it should.

Let's talk about your roof

Tell us your town and what you've noticed, whether that's a leak, missing shingles or a roof that's simply getting old. We'll talk it through and set up a time to look at it in person.
